Jennie has been a good friend of mine since our first days of college, so naturally, she was a big part of my wedding. I should mention, I had about a month to plan everything and a shoestring-on-a-shoestring budget. My main goal was to get my closest friends together to celebrate. Jennie stepped up and offered to help me and she became an invaluable necessity. I donʼt know how I could have done it without her. She managed to combine her passions and talents into a well-oiled wedding machine; cooking a mouth-watering feast for 50 people, baking three cakes, then somehow taking the most beautiful shots that captured everything perfectly; the love, the chaos, the whole thing. Astonishingly, she still had the energy to soak up the festivities and dance her butt off! This is what Jennie does. She puts her whole being into what she creates. She loves helping people and “being there.” Events that are meaningful to friends, family, even people sheʼs just met, become hers as well. I truly admire her way of documenting in the most well-composed, yet natural way. I didnʼt plan to have a professional photographer at my wedding, I just got lucky, but the one picture I have framed and will cherish for the rest of my life is one that Jennie took.
